Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    6 Tbsp. water
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    flour
Preparation
    Use 11 egg yolks and 1 whole egg.
    Mix with water and vinegar. Add enough flour to make a stiff dough.
    Roll out thin and cut in strips.
    Let dry.
    Makes 3 (1/2 pound) bags.
    (You can use egg whites for pies or make angel food cakes with them.)
