Apricot Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. hot tap water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 envelopes Dream Whip
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Mix undrained pineapple and jello with water in pan; cook over low heat 10 minutes.
Cool until lukewarm.
Blend in cream cheese with low speed of electric mixer.
Put into refrigerator until partially set.
Mix Dream Whip according to package directions. Fold into jello mixture; add nuts.
Pour mixture into 9 x 12-inch dish; refrigerate until firm.
