Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Bisquick
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 lb. New York sharp cheese, grated (room temperature)
Preparation
    Mix all together until well mixed.
    Roll into 1-inch balls or layer, if desired.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 12 to 15 minutes or until brown.
