Best Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. sour milk (mix 2 Tbsp. vinegar with regular milk to sour)
    2 eggs yolks (save egg whites for later use)
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. ripe bananas, mashed
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 egg whites, beat until frothy
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream butter and sugar together.
    Blend in sour milk and egg yolks.
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Blend with milk mixture.
    Add mashed bananas and vanilla.
    Stir.
    Beat in egg whites.
    Mix for 2 minutes.
    Pour into floured and greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
    Best when frosted with cream cheese or vanilla icing.
