Strawberry Luscious - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 large pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 c. boiling water
2 pkg. strawberries, frozen
1 carton sour cream
1 can crushed pineapple
3 ripe bananas

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin
in
boiling water.
Add thawed strawberries with
juice,
undrained
pineapple\tand bananas, which have been mashed and\twhipped.
Pour\thalf of mixture into 8 x 12-inch pan. Chill
until set.
Spread sour cream over top of congealed layer. Cover
with
remaining gelatin.
Chill until firm.\tDecorate top if desired.
