Rum Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. dark rum
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. flour (heaping)
    1 egg, beaten
    2/3 c. light cream
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    In top part of double boiler, combine sugar, flour, egg and light cream.
    Cook over boiling water, stirring constantly for 5 minutes, until very thick.
    Add rum and cook 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and cool.
    Fold in whipped cream; put in graham cracker crust.
    Top with whipped cream.
