Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter (scant)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 3/4 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. soda, dissolved in 3 tsp. warm water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 large or 4 small bananas
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix as cake.
Add 3 large or 4 small bananas, mashed one at a time and 1/2 cup nuts.
Bake in 11 x 7 x 2-inch pan or loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
