Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pieces bread, cubed
    1 lb. sausage (mild or hot)
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix together eggs, 2 1/2 cups of milk and dry mustard.
    In a separate bowl combine soup, remaining milk and salt.
    In a large cake pan (12 1/2 x 9 x 2-inch) layer cubed bread, sausage and cheese.
    Pour eggs, milk and mustard over all.
    Top with soup mixture and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
