Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil or melted butter
Preparation
    Put flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl. Combine eggs, milk and oil or butter; add to dry ingredients.
    Beat quickly only until large lumps disappear.
    If batter thickens upon standing, thin with 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk.
    Bake on 375\u00b0 griddle until bubbles break and edges are cooked.
    Turn and bake other side.
    Serve immediately.
    Yields 16 (4-inch) pancakes.
