Lemon Cake Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1 lemon juice and rind
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
1 cup milk
3 egg whites - beaten
Preparation

Stir in sugar, egg yolks and lemon juice and rind.
Add flour, butter, milk, egg whites and fold in gently.
Bake in deep dish crust for 375 for 30-40 minutes or until top is brown.
