Hiking Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
1 c. rye flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. nonfat gelatin-free plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. light molasses
1 1/2 c. old fashioned rolled oats
1 c. raisins
Preparation

To Make Bread:
Whisk flours with baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Set aside.
Beat yogurt, brown sugar and molasses with electric mixer until smooth.
Add oats.
Beat on medium speed again.
Stir in flour and raisins by hand until combined.
