Low-Fat Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate
    2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
    2/3 c. pitted prunes (yes, prunes)
    3 Tbsp. water
    3 large egg whites
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Microwave chocolate on High 1 minute.
    Stir and microwave 30 seconds more.
    Add cocoa and stir until all chocolate is melted. In food processor, chop prunes and water until prunes puree to thick paste.
    Add egg whites, sugar and chocolate.
    Process until smooth.
    In small bowl, mix flour, salt and soda.
    Add to chocolate mixture and process with quick pulses, just until blended.
    Spray an 8-inch square pan with Pam.
    Spread mixture evenly into pan.
    Sprinkle nuts on top.
