Potato Delicious - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1/3 can milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Thaw hash brown potatoes just enough to separate; melt oleo and saute onion.
    Add milk, soup, sour cream, salt and pepper and about 1/2 of cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0. Uncover and sprinkle rest of cheese on top; bake 15 minutes more.
