Cheesy-Creamy Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium baking potatoes
2 1/2 oz. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 Tbsp. onion, grated
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 c. bread crumbs
4 tsp. chopped chives
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Bake the potatoes until soft. Cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out the potatoes in mixing bowl.
Add remaining ingredients.
Beat until mixed.
Re-fill potato skins or foil potato holders.
Reheat under broiler.
Serves 6 or 12.
