Raisin Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. raisins
2 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
3 Tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks
small piece butter
Preparation
-
Cook raisins in water until tender.
Mix together the remaining ingredients.
Pour into raisin mixture and cook until thick.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Cover with meringue and bake.
