Breakfast Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    3 slices bread, cubed
    6 eggs
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Brown sausage and crumble; drain well.
    Beat eggs, salt, mustard and milk.
    In a large Pyrex dish, layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese.
    Pour egg mixture over layers.
    Do not preheat oven.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Can be made ahead; freezes well.
