Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped sweet onion
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except nuts.
    Divide into 2 balls.
    Chill 30 minutes for easy handling.
    Roll each ball in chopped nuts. Serve one, freeze the other for a special time.
    Each ball serves 8.
    Serve with crackers or chips.
