Ingredients

3 (12 oz.) cans evaporated skimmed milk
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3 c. fat-free vanilla ice cream, softened
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. maple flavoring
Preparation

In a heavy Dutch oven, combine coffee, milk and sugar. Stirring occasionally, cook over medium-high heat until mixture just begins to boil; remove from heat and add ice cream, vanilla and maple flavoring.
Serve hot.
Yields twenty 6-ounce servings.
