Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. Minute rice
    5 c. shredded cabbage
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    2 c. (8 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat, celery, onion and salt.
    In a separate pot, cook cabbage for 5 minutes.
    After it starts boiling, drain and add to meat mixture.
    Add rice and 1/2 of grated cheese.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch casserole and top with remaining cheese.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
