Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Kellogg's Croutettes (herb seasoning croutons)
    3 Tbsp. melted oleo
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. (4 oz.) cubed American cheese
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Measure croutettes; crush slightly and toss in melted oleo. Set aside.
    Place broccoli, water and salt in saucepan and bring to boil; separate pieces.
    Remove from heat and drain; set aside. Place cheese and soup in saucepan (or microwave).
    Cook over medium heat until cheese is melted.
    Stir in broccoli.
    Pour into ungreased casserole (1 1/2-quart); sprinkle croutons over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
