Ground Beef Or Pork Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or pork
    1 or 2 fresh limes or lemons
    2 Tbsp. fish sauce
    1/2 to 1 tsp. ground hot chili
    1 head loose-leaf lettuce
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    thinly sliced strips fresh ginger
    1 sweet onion, thinly sliced
    4 green onions, cut into 1 inch strips
    roasted peanuts (to garnish pork)
Preparation
    Cook meat in frypan until it loses pink color.
    Remove excess fat. Add lime or lemon juice, fish sauce, ground hot chili, sugar and ginger.
    Stir in and cook for a couple of minutes.
    Add onion last and cook just until wilted.
    Garnish pork with roasted peanuts. Serve with loose-leaf lettuce as described in Thai Beef Appetizer recipe.
