Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento, chopped very fine
1 Tbsp. chopped onion, chopped very fine
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper, chopped very fine
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in bowl.
Blend with mixer.
Shape into ball.
Roll in pecans, if you like.
