Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Mazola oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (8.5 oz.) cans fresh-like carrots, drained (reserve 1/4 c. liquid)
2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Grease and flour 3 (8-inch) round cake pans.
Cream sugar, oil and eggs.
Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Add flour mixture to creamed mixture.
Add carrots, liquid and vanilla; beat 2 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean.
Let cool on cooling rack.
