New Old-Fashioned Cherry Cheesecake* - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
2 pkg. fat-free cream cheese
2/3 c. nonfat dry milk
sugar substitute (equal 2 Tbsp. sugar)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. reduced calorie whipped topping
1 pkg. sugar-free cherry gelatin
1 pkg. sugar-free vanilla pudding (cook and serve)
2 c. canned cherries in water, drained (reserve liquid)
Preparation

Stir cream cheese until soft.
Add dry milk, sugar substitute and vanilla.
Blend in 1/2 cup reduced-cal topping.
Spread evenly over bottom of pie crust; chill.
