Pistachio Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 large Cool Whip, thawed
    1 large pkg. instant pudding
    3 c. sweet milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, margarine and pecans together.
    Press mixture into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, then cool.
    Mix 1 cup Cool Whip, powdered sugar and cream cheese together.
    Spread over cool crust.
    Mix pudding and milk until thickened, then spread over cream cheese layer.
    Top with remaining Cool Whip and chill for 2 to 3 hours. Be sure to keep covered.
    Will keep refrigerated for several days.
