Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 c. Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dill
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. half and half
3 eggs
1 pkg. spinach, cooked and drained
salt and pepper
nutmeg
Preparation
-
Heat first 6 ingredients and pat into quiche dish.
Bring milk and spices to preboil.
Add eggs and spinach.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then turn to 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Turn onto plate and slice into wedges.
