Adam'S Applesauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. apples
    1 to 1 1/2 c. water
    3 to 4 sticks cinnamon
    1/2 to 1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Core apples; cut into quarters and peel.
    Place apples in a large pan.
    Cover with water.
    Add cinnamon and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Remove cinnamon. Remove from heat and mash until smooth.
    Stir in sugar.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Makes about 10 servings.
