Tofu Meatballs Or Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. firm tofu, well drained
    2/3 c. rolled oats
    1/4 c. nutritional yeast flakes
    1/4 c. pecan (cashew/almond) meal
    2 to 3 Tbsp. Bragg's aminos
    1 tsp. granulated onion
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
Preparation
    Mash tofu; combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Knead as dough 2 to 3 minutes.
    Form into medium balls.
    Bake in oiled dish at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through and lightly browned.
    Makes 18+ balls.
    Place into spaghetti sauce.
    Heat and serve over whole grain pasta.
