Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large eggs
    1 tsp. and 1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/3 c. half and half
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place eggs in pot with water (enough to cover).
    Add 1 teaspoon vinegar.
    Bring to boil over medium heat.
    After eggs are boiled, drain and cover with cold water.
    When cool, drain and peel.
    Cut eggs lengthwise.
    Remove yolks.
    In small bowl, mash yolks with a fork.
    Mix in 1 tablespoon vinegar, half and half, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Spoon mixture back into egg halves.
    Refrigerate until serving.
