Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices bread, trimmed
1 1/2 lb. sausage or ham
6 slices cheese
1 c. grated cheese
8 eggs
1 c. milk
1 stick margarine
Preparation

In 13 x 8-inch pan, layer 6 trimmed slices of bread.
Brown sausage or ham and drain.
Cover with cheese slices (add extra grated cheese if you like lots of cheese).
Cover with 6 more trimmed slices of bread.
Beat eggs with milk.
Pour over casserole.
Melt margarine and pour over eggs.
Top with bread crumbs or Ritz crackers or crumbled cereal.
Make the night before. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
