"Philly" 3-Step Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia Neufchatel cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 ready-to-use graham cracker crust (6 oz. or 9-inch)
    1 can blueberry topping
Preparation
    Mix the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
    Add eggs and mix well until blended.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
    Cool.
    Top with blueberry topping. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
    Makes 8 servings.
