Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 mashed bananas (ripe)
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. shortening or oleo
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    In another bowl, beat eggs. Add oleo and bananas.
    Combine all together, then pecans last. Bake at 350\u00b0 until done, 25 to 30 minutes.
    Can be frozen and eaten at a later time.
