Terry'S Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1/2 lb. pure pork smoked sausage or Polish kielbasa, diced into bite size pieces
1/2 lb. lean smoked ham, diced into bite size pieces
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced into bite size pieces
2 bay leaves
2 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green bell pepper
1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 c. peeled, chopped tomatoes
2 1/2 c. chicken broth or stock
1 1/2 c. converted, uncooked rice
Preparation

Skin snake and cut in 3 and 4-inch pieces.
Roll in mixture of flour, corn meal, milk and egg. Salt and pepper to taste. Deep fry in hot oil. Serve hot.
