Honey Barbecued Broilers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter or margarine
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram, crushed
dash of freshly ground pepper
3 broiler-fryers (2 lb. each), halved lengthwise
Preparation

Combine butter or margarine, vinegar, honey, garlic, salt, mustard, marjoram and pepper; mix well.
Place chicken, skin side down, on grill.
Tuck wings under.
Broil over low coals for 20 minutes.
Generously brush broiled side of chicken with honey sauce; turn.
Broil 10 minutes.
Brush with sauce and turn.
Broil 5 minutes more.
Remove from heat.
Just before serving, brush again with sauce.
Makes 6 servings.
Enough sauce for 10 to 12 breasts.
