Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cut up fryers
    1 c. shoyu sauce
    1 c. wine
    1/4 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. ginger powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Place chicken in a large skillet.
    Mix shoyu sauce, wine, oil, ginger, garlic powder and brown sugar together; pour over chicken. Cook on medium heat; keep turning chicken parts over.
    When all the broth is gone, put chicken on a cookie sheet and broil for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Serve.
