Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice, cook early so it dries out some
    5 sliced diced bacon
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    4 green onions, diced, greens and whites
    1/2 c. frozen green peas
    leftover cooked pork, beef, ham, chicken chopped
    soy sauce to taste
Preparation
    Brown the bacon in a heavy skillet, remove bacon and turn down heat.
    Pour beaten eggs in the skillet and scramble slightly. Add remaining ingredients and soy sauce to taste, stir to mix. Cook 15 minutes.
    Add green peas the last 5 minutes, they just need to thaw out.
