Parsley Buttered Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. butter or low-fat margarine
2 c. carrots, sliced into 1/3 to 1/2-inch pieces
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation

Place butter or margarine in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake in oven for 7 to 9 minutes.
Stir halfway through cooking time.
Add mandarin oranges, salt and ginger.
