Apple Butterscotch Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box applesauce cake mix
    1 pkg. butterscotch instant pudding
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. black raspberry seedless preserves or strawberry
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 lemon
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Blend cake and pudding mixes with water and oil.
    Then add eggs, one at a time.
    Beat well after each addition.
    Fold in nuts and preserves. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven in well greased and floured tube pan for 50 minutes.
