Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. canned pumpkin (3 oz. can)
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Sift flour once and measure.
Add salt, soda and baking powder and spice; sift again.
Add nuts.
Combine oil, pumpkin, sugar and eggs.
Beat well until blended and light; add dry ingredients. Pour into greased pan (10-inch tube or Bundt pan).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
