Herber Yogurt Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. nonfat plain yogurt
    1 Tbsp. dried dill weed
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Line a 6-inch strainer with coffee filter.
    Place strainer over bowl.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into strainer. Cover and refrigerate at least 12 hours. Unmold onto plate.
    Garnish with pepper and dill weed.
    Per tablespoon contains 25 calories and 0 gm fat.
