Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    1 stick butter, melted
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and meal.
    Add butter and eggs.
    Mix well. Add milk and vanilla.
    Pour in pie shell.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce to 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    When pie begins to brown, cover with foil to prevent burning.
