Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 can tomatoes
    1 green pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in a skillet with a lid.
    When you turn to brown on the second side, add chopped onions.
    When the pork chops are brown, sprinkle rice over them; add salt and pepper.
    Pour the tomatoes on top with pepper rings.
    Cover and cook in 400\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until rice is done.
    Steak or hamburger can be substituted for pork chops.
