Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
2 large eggs
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
20 marshmallows

Preparation

Beat together first 6 ingredients with mixer at medium speed. Beat in milk gradually.
Pour into a 9-inch square baking dish. Bake at 375\u00b0 about 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove from oven.
Top with marshmallows and return to oven for about 12 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed and browned.
Serves 6.
