Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. quick grits
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 stick oleo
    2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cook grits in boiling water.
    Cut cheese in cubes and add to grits.
    Stir until melted.
    Add oleo, seasoned salt, corn and onion.
    Bake for 1 hour in greased casserole at 350\u00b0.
    May be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated or frozen, either cooked or uncooked.
