Baked Mostaccioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dry mostaccioli
    1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 bay leaf
    1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. ground thyme
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook
    pasta
    in boiling water per package instructions. Preheat oven
    to
    300\u00b0.
    Saute
    ground
    chuck, onion and green pepper in
    skillet until brown.
    Drain.
    Add tomato sauce, bay leaf, oregano
    and\tthyme.\tSimmer\tfor 10 to 15 minutes.
    Add 1/2 cup of cheese.
    Stir until melted.\tFold cooked pasta into sauce. Grease
    baking
    dish.
    Pour pasta and sauce into dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
