Szechuan Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 chicken breasts, skinned and diced
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. oil
3 green onions, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
3 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation

Combine soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and pepper in small bowl. Dredge chicken in cornstarch.
Heat oil in wok over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and garlic; stir-fry until chicken is opaque, about 5 minutes.
Add soy mixture and stir-fry 30 seconds.
Mix in green onions.
Serve over rice.
