Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 can (16 oz.) tomato sauce
    8 flour tortillas
    1 c. Cheddar or Longhorn cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown onions and ground beef.
    Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, chili powder and tomato sauce.
    Place 4 tortillas in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Place half of the meat over the top and then half of the cheese.
    Repeat the layers. Pour 1/2 cup water around the edge and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
