Bean And Macaroni Soup(Pasta Fagioli) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    1 celery stalk, chopped
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and cut up
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 qt. warm water
    8 oz. ditalini
    1 can white cannellini beans
Preparation
    Brown onion, garlic and celery in olive oil until soft and transparent.
    Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and water.
    Bring to a boil; add macaroni.
    Cook 8 to 10 minutes, covered, or until almost tender.
    Add beans with their liquid.
    Cover and cook for another 5 minutes, or until macaroni is tender and beans heated through.
    Serve with grated Parmesan and Romano cheese.
    Serves 4 to 6.
