Cucumbers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cucumbers
1 medium green pepper
1 medium onion
1 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. celery seed
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cider vinegar
Preparation

Peel and cut cucumbers into thin slices.
Finely chop green pepper.
Finely chop onion.
Combine cucumbers, green pepper and onion in container (jar). Sprinkle on salt and celery seed. Stir and let stand 1 hour. Combine 3/4 cup sugar and vinegar.
Mix and pour over cucumbers.
Cover and refrigerate. Ready to eat in 1 day.
