Deli Rye And Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rye flour
    1 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dill
    1 Tbsp. caraway seed
    1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients; mix well.
    Add cheese and mix well.
    Combine egg, oil, milk and honey.
    Mix well.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Stir until just blended.
    Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inches).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
    Turn out on wire rack.
